With certifications as a birth doula, lactation counselor, and childbirth educator, I offer personalized, one-on-one childbirth classes in the comfort of your home. Sessions include evidence-based education, hands-on preparation, and birth plan creation, so you can approach labor feeling informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
